In 2005, following a 20-year career in industry and consulting in the US and UK/Europe, Ian Foster set up as an independent business owner and the concept of People Assured was born. 

Ian has delivered strategy, transformation, and people & team development programs for over 35 leading organizations, and been hired by multiple CIOs, CTOs, CHROs, Heads of Data Analytics, Heads of Shared Services, and Senior Partners in Consulting.

Ian is dedicated to this mission. For over 25 years, while living in London, New York, Chicago, Traverse City (MI), St. Petersburg (FL), and South Orange (NJ), he has served in multiple youth development roles—including K-12 substitute teacher, career advisor, trustee, youth programs committee member, motivational speaker, and youth soccer coach.
